KhromaKon Stamp Rally

A Stamp Rally is a fun way for several artists to collaborate on creating  

uniquely themed prizes that participants are able to receive by making purchases at booths that are also a part of the stamp rally upon its completion.

The goal is to have a fun and on-brand theme stamp rally based off a variety of different fandoms; i.e., vtubers, video games, anime, movies, etc., with artists who have a similar interest & have something that participants can also purchase at all booths participating in this fun collaboration & collectively boost all participating artist's sales. 

Typically artists will either post within Artist Alley related Discord Servers &/or Facebook groups requesting people to join their Stamp Rallies or post about it on their individual social media pages. 

Typically, anywhere between 4-8 people can participate in a stamp rally.  

The artists participating in a theme will usually collectively decide on a theme or one artist may have an idea for a theme & use a variety of social media platforms to recruit others to join their stamp rally.

Whichever artist is the last stamp for the participant to acquire for their card is normally the one in charge of handing out prizes! The prizes will be evenly distributed among tables so that participants can start (& end) at any point!

Once the Rally is over, any leftover material (ink, stamps, prizes, etc.) typically is kept by the artists participating. Also note that typically each participating artist will get at least one set of the Rally prizes for themselves.  However, this depends on how many prizes are leftover by the end of the rally. 

1. Should be a Confirmed Artist at the given event. Plan things out with a group if you are all already confirmed for the event or have been accepted off the waitlist. 
2. Be willing to Promote the Rally Online & At the Event. Promotion of participation in a stamp rally ensures the success of the collaboration. A social media post every week is not required but can help considerably to get the word out about your stamp rally & boost participation!
3. Follow all listed deadlines. Please try to follow all deadlines set by the stamp rally host.  If you find you cannot make most of the deadlines, please let the host know as soon as possible so they can find someone else to replace your spot on the stamp rally.
4. Be willing to Split Costs. There are a variety of costs that will accrue from running a stamp rally (stamps, stamp rally booklets, stickers, etc.).  Although they're typically not expensive, it's important to budget things out & try to share costs as much as possible so it isn't a huge financial strain on any member of the collab.
