Join us through several events held all weekend long by Artway Alliance, a team dedicated to the art of learning!
They will be offering art classes, panels, and events that teach children how to create their own characters, comics, manga, cartoons, anime and/or video games with the power of S.T.E.A.M.!
Pokémon Go N Draw
Do you know them all? Join Art Way Alliance as artists show you how to draw some of your favorite Pokemon characters. From the original 151 to the new Scarlet and Violet starters. We will explore the shapes that make up these awesome characters. Participants may even get to create their own original creatures! Bring your Pokedex and creativity!
Character Design
Students will learn what makes a character dynamic in both appearance and personality. They will also discover the basics of drawing a person and construct their character’s surrounding environment and personal history. If desired, students will incorporate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) into their character design.
Intro into Comics, Manga, and Game Creation
Students become acquainted with the various occupations needed to create a complete and finished project while simultaneously developing and defining their own artistic skills and style.
