CLAIMING YOUR TICKETS & MERCH
Attendee badges pre-ordered prior to the mailing deadline (January 31, 2024) will be mailed directly to you, if selected and purchased.
In-person, onsite registration and badge pickup will be available during the following times.
- Thursday, February 29 - 5:30 pm - 10 pm at M.A.P. Technologies
- Friday, March 1 - 9 am - 7 pm for Open Works
- Saturday March 2 – 9 am - 7 pm for Open Works
- Sunday March 3 – 9 am - 5 pm for Open Works
Press, Pro, Panelist, Special Guest, and any other non-attendee badges are not eligible for mailing. If you experience a problem with your online ticket purchase, please email Registration@KhromaKon.com.
Kickoff Concert tickets can be redeemed after 5:30 pm at the Kickoff event on Thursday, February 29 at M.A.P. Technologies.
BADGE INFO
- Badges will not be mailed out immediately after purchase.
- Each badge will be mailed in time for the con if ordered by January 31st, 2024.
WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
Anyone 10 years and older will need a badge to enter KhromaKon.
- Youth badges are available for children between the ages of 11 - 18 years old.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult while attending.
- We recommend anyone under 18 attend with an adult.
UPGRADING OR REFUNDING YOUR TICKETS
Refunds and exchanges are available for unredeemed tickets. Using the email account used to purchase your ticket(s), email khromakonattendeeservices@gmail.com to request a refund or rollover your ticket to 2025. For faster service, please include your order number or ticket number in the email.
