Attendee badges pre-ordered prior to the Mailing Deadline will be mailed directly to you.
Attendee badges preordered after the Mailing Deadline must be picked up at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

Tickets purchased after November 1st, 2023 as well as Press, Pro, Programming, Guest, and any other non-attendee badges are not eligible for mailing
BADGE INFO
- Badges will not be mailed out immediately after purchase.
- Each badge will be mailed in time for the con if ordered by November 1st, 2023.
- Any purchase prior to the mailing deadline, (November 1st, 2023) will be mailed.

WHO NEEDS A TICKET?
Anyone 10 years and older will need a badge to enter KhromaKon.
- Youth badges are available for children between the ages of 10 - 18 years old.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult while attending.
- We recommend anyone under 18 attend with an adult.
UPGRADING OR REFUNDING YOUR TICKETS
All badge sales are final with no refunds or cancelations available for any badges purchased for our event. Upgrades can be purchased but are limited to availability for days and packages selected.
