KhromaKon is working on creating an inclusive and friendly environment for all of its attendees. We are happy to provide a variety of services to help you enjoy your experience!

Accessibility and Companion Flags

KhromaKon will be providing flags for those with mobility, vision, hearing, or other accessibility needs that allow attendees and companions wearing accessibility and companion flags  to avoid waiting in line before general admission. There will be some designated seating, however, you are not required to sit in those seats if you do not want to.

To receive an accessibility and companion flag, please request one from the Info Booth or request one from an KhromaKon Staff member. 

Panel rooms will have designated accessible seating toward the front of the room. If you need assistance finding that seating, please ask a KhromaKon staff member. 

Most rooms at the show may not be cleared after events. Signs will be posted indicating which spaces will be cleared between sessions. Please make sure you’ve lined up at least 30 minutes before seating will begin. If you have trouble standing in line for long periods of time, please speak to a staff member about having your companion wait in line for both of you. 

Note: While staff will always do their best to make accommodations, once “General Loading” begins, accessibility seating is NOT guaranteed. Qualification for services does not guarantee the availability of seating.

We are so incredibly fortunate to be working with LSLS to provide ASL at the show! If you need signing at the show, these free services are available for you to utilize during programming, autographing and photo op sessions, fan meetups, and more.

Please let our staff know if additional accommodations need to be made. Panels and events that have requested ASL interpretation will be labeled in our online schedule.

Special requests: Our ASL interpreters will be available in a limited capacity, on a first come, first served basis for onsite requests for additional panels, autographs, and photo ops sessions. Requests for ASL interpreters should be placed at the show. We will do our best to accommodate it. If you are at the show, you may check at the Info Booth (location forthcoming) for information on ASL interpreter availability not requested in advance.

Our friends at Scootaround are assisting us in weekend rentals in scooters and wheelchairs. We strongly suggest that if an individual has difficulty walking long distances that they consider renting an electric scooter.
